Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. To return a purchase for any reason you must notify us in writing at contact@southsilkroad.com within 7 days of receipt of your item and return it within 30 days of purchase. Please indicate the reason for your return on your invoice, include it with your return in the original packaging. For your protection we recommend that you use US Postal Service with Delivery Confirmation. Insurance is required for all returned teaware items at the purchase price if the value of the item is greater than $65.
